We source all our pictures from the public domain. They are all open-source and freely available to the public. The pictures come from institutions (including public utilities) whose rank is to prove that the work has been classified in the public domain.

The public domain consists of all the creative work to which no exclusive intellectual property rights apply. Those rights may have expired, been forfeited, expressly waived, or be inapplicable because no one holds the exclusive rights; anyone can legally use or reference those works without permission.

The public domain status allows use in both personal and commercial projects.

The purchaser has a guarantee of a non-exclusive worldwide license.

1. You have the right to use the product for both personal and commercial purposes. You are permitted to create any products for yourself or on behalf of your clients and use them as many times as necessary.

2. Our product can be utilized in an item or website template that is sold through a marketplace or directly on a website without the requirement for attribution, although we highly appreciate it if you choose to provide it. Please note that it is prohibited to resell or redistribute our product in its original form, PSD.

3. You have the right to modify or manipulate the product and combine it with other works to create derivative works for both personal and commercial purposes. The derivative works must still comply with the terms of this license. You are allowed to perform these actions as long as the end product that you create does not infringe upon the restrictions outlined in „You are prohibited”.

4. You are prohibited from redistributing our products as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You also cannot lease, license, or sublicense the product, whether on its own or bundled with other items, even if you make modifications to the item.

5. You are prohibited from distributing or making available our products in their original form or with only minimal modifications. This restriction applies even if the distribution is offered for free.

MANUAL

There is a PSD file attached with this instruction. 

Inside the file are elements on one board, and the resolution of the file is only 72 dpi. PSD is saved in such a way that it doesn’t take up much space. But don’t worry, items are transferred into Smart Objects, where they keep their original resolution, always above 300dpi. 

Keep in mind that all elements are from real photos, so their sizes are different, but the resolution is always above 300dpi. 

On the top of the PSD file, you can see the name of a group and how many items are inside. Each element is numbered and easy to find on the layers.

1. Open the PSD file.
2. All items are collected in group called: >> Items <<.
3. Select the element you like and look for a layer with the same number.
4. Double-click on Smart Object.
5. Final item. Transparent & retouched picture.

As you can see, the original resolution was much higher, and the item is on a transparent background.
